What we will do…
Each of us will design a list of 26 intentions for 2026 that reflects how we want to BE and what we need to DO on a regular basis—helping us move closer to how we want to live without striving for perfection or running ourselves ragged.
Through independent reflection and group discussion, we will explore what is meaningful and design choices and activities that align with our values and the realities of our current season of life.
Throughout the year, we will celebrate what is working well, notice what is getting pushed aside or forgotten, and decide where we need to adjust our approach, pivot our expectations, or let go.
Ahead of major seasonal transitions (spring-to-summer, summer-to-fall, and end-of-year), we will focus on preparation and self-compassion so we can ride the wave instead of fighting the current.
