26 Together June Session Resources

Below are the resources and some light instructions for the exercises that were designed for the June session. The focus of the month was to reflect on where we are with our lists, celebrate what we’ve completed or made progress on, and decide what we want to do next with our intentions that we have yet to get started on.

Every Month

Reflections, Celebrations,
and Support

This exercise guides you through several grounding and reflection prompts to help you center yourself and quiet the noise as you transition out of a mindset that focuses on getting things done, to one of discovery of what really matters. When you attend in session, I may vary my prompts slightly from month-to-month, but I keep the same worksheet.

The following exercises address the topic of the month: Making Progress on Pending Intentions

Mid-Point
Intentions Reflection

Pending Intentions Pamphlet

This packet of 3 worksheets will walk you how to make progress on your Pending Intentions

  1. Exploring What’s Pending will ask you to categorzie what’s currently pending more specifically

  2. Having Trouble Getting Going? asks you to imaging you ARE getting started and notice what you have or need

  3. Ready to Get Going? is a place for you to track what you decide to do with each of your Pending intentions.

This is a streamlined and smaller version of the packet. Once you’ve worked through the packet in more detail, you can record just the important elements here and and tuck it into a notebook so you have it with you wherever you go to remind you what you want to be doing!

Print two-sided, flipping on the short edge, then fold the middle.

This worksheet was sent as prework for the session. In addition to helping you highlight which intentions haven’t moved forward yet, it is also an opportunity to notice themes or patterns about what you HAVE accomplished or made progress on! Be sure to pause and celebrate those, as well.
