26 Together July Session Resources
Below are the prompts we used for this month’s discussion. The focus of the month was to reflect on where we are with our intentions, specifically after the summer, and set a direction for fall.
Every Month
Reflections, Celebrations,
and Support
This exercise guides you through several grounding and reflection prompts to help you center yourself and quiet the noise as you transition out of a mindset that focuses on getting things done, to one of discovery of what really matters. When you attend in session, I may vary my prompts slightly from month-to-month, but I keep the same worksheet.

The following prompts supported our discussion topic for the month: Reflecting on Summer and Preparing for Fall
Pre-session Prompts
In-session Prompts
Follow-up Prompts
These prompts guided our conversation during our session.
Thinking back to May
What worked or went well with your transition into summer?
What did you notice about your intentions or focus throughout the summer?
What do you want to remember for next year?
What might be helpful to remember as you move into fall?
These prompts were provided in the recap email to help you prepare for fall.
If you had to choose one (or maybe two!) words to describe how you want to live or what you want to cultivate this fall, what would they be?
What is one challenge you're likely to face as you try to live into that theme?
What is one thing you can do now to prepare for that challenge?
These prompts were sent out in advance of our session.
What helped you transition into summer well? What do you want to remember or carry forward as you transition into fall?
What do you want to celebrate? Consider accomplishments, growth, meaningful moments, unexpected joys, or simply the ways you've stayed true to your intentions.
As you look toward fall...
If this season had a theme, what would you want it to be?
What deserves your greatest attention during the next month to help you enter fall well?
What challenge tends to show up this time of year, and how do you want to respond differently this year?
